Instructions for writing abstracts
Participants who would like to present an oral or poster presentations should submit an abstract. The abstracts should be submitted in Serbian or English, which will be the official languages of the Congress, without provided translation.
Accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts.
We will accept only these abstracts which previously have not been published nor presented at other scientific conferences.
- Abstract should be written in Serbian or English as Microsoft Word document, at A4 paper size (margins: left – 3 cm, others – 2.5 cm)
- Abstract should be structured (it should contain an introduction with aims, material and methods, results and conclusion)
- Abstract length: up to 250 words
- Font – Arial 11 pts (headlines 12 pts, capitalized)
- Specify the author’s and co-author’s surnames and first letter of names, without titles (underline the name of the author who will do the presentation)
- Specify the institution, city and country of author and co-authors
- Specify the email address of the corresponding author
- Maximum number of keywords is 5
- Linguistic accuracy is the responsibility of the author
- One person could be the author for not more than two abstracts
- At the end of the abstract indicate a preference of oral or poster presentation.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS
- ORAL PRESENTATIONS:
- in Serbian or in English language
- invited lectures: 20 min. for presentation, 5 min. for discussion
- other oral lectures: 10 min. for presentation, 3 min. for discussion
- students presentations: 7 min. for presentation, 3 min. for discussion
- technical equipment: LCD projector.
- POSTER PRESENTATIONS:
- maximum poster dimensions: 80 x 100 cm
- posters will be displayed in the Congress area (in the lobby of the Faculty of Medicine) on poster panelling
- authors are responsible for their posters
- supplies for poster mounting will be provided.
